A measurement, not an impression.

Run culture measurements for your clients. Put a report on the table instead of an opinion. Follow up with a second measurement and show what your work changed.

Your workspacePer client

Illustrative. One login, every client, every campaign.

The problem

Your advice is only as strong as your diagnosis.

Workshops run on gut feeling

You sense the culture in the first hour. Putting it into words the client accepts takes weeks. A number on seven domains shortens that.

The client doubts subjective findings

"That is your impression." A measurement with a fixed calculation is harder to argue with than a consultant's notes.

Results are hard to prove

Six months later, did anything change? Without a second measurement, you cannot show it. With one, you can.

How you use it

Your clients, your campaigns, one login.

  1. Set up the client

Structure, teams, locations. Invite employees and management from the app. Each person gets an 8-minute chat.

  2. Read the report together

Current versus desired, per domain and per team. The gaps become the agenda of your next workshop.

  3. Run your intervention

Coaching, workshops, leadership changes. Log them on the timeline in the app.

  4. Measure again

Compare the two measurements. Show your client what moved. That is your case study.

In the app

Every campaign in one overview.

CFILytics campaigns overview with employee, management and candidate campaigns

Employees, management, candidates.

Each campaign has its own audience, its own link and its own status. Management campaigns become the reference point for every gap report.

Demo data from a fictional company.

What you get

Built to sit on a client's table.

Reports per team and site

Current versus desired, team versus team, and the action plan. Downloadable as PDF.

Match and gap in one view

Culture fit tells you who resembles the team. The culture gap tells you what the team is missing. You get both.

Progress over time

Two measurements side by side, with your interventions logged in between.

A method you can defend

Schein's basic assumptions, a fixed calculation, developed with Sapience (VUB spin-off). Described in the book.

Anonymous by default

Group results from 5 respondents. The client's employees can answer honestly.

Something for every participant

Each person receives a personal insight report. The measurement gives back, which helps response rates.

The proof

Method, not magic.

Your credibility rides on the method. Ours is on the table: model, calculation and scientific partner.

Based on Edgar Schein's basic underlying assumptions. Developed with Sapience, a spin-off of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Described in the book De Architectuur van Bedrijfscultuur (Pelgrims & Desmet, 2026).

  • Deterministic scoring. The same answers always give the same result. No black box.
  • Distance, not labels. Profiles are compared with Euclidean distance over all statements. Nothing is left out.
  • Anonymous when you want it. You choose per campaign. Anonymous group results appear from 5 respondents.
  • No automated decisions. The tool informs. A person decides.
  • GDPR and EU AI Act. Candidate data is kept for 365 days.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need a certification?
No. The report explains itself, and we walk you through the first one. The book gives the background if you want to go deeper.
Who owns the data?
Your client. You run the campaign on their behalf. Access rights are set per workspace.
Can I use it in my own programme?
Yes. Many advisers use the first measurement as the diagnosis and the second as the evaluation of their programme.
What does a first project cost?
Your first 10 measurements are free. That is enough for a management campaign, or a pilot with one team.
